Shipping Policy

When your order is shipped, the cargo tracking number is sent to you by e-mail. You can follow your cargo transactions by clicking the link in the e-mail.

Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days after Out Of confirms your order. The customer or the person who will be collecting the item is responsible for providing a signature stating that the product is complete and undamaged. Changes may occur in delivery time and conditions due to extenuating circumstances and situations related to the customer.

The orders placed on Fridays and weekends, will be processed from Monday, which is the first day of the week. Unfortunately, orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.

 

In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, popular movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire and arising from the buyer (absence at the address, absence of a delivery authority, the recipient has moved from the address, etc.), delivery time and conditions may vary.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every product of Out Of is prepared with attention to details and perfection. If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. When returning your item, make sure you include the invoices and the returns card found in the package.

Returning or exchanging a product will not be accepted unless the receipt is provided. If the product is damaged and has lost its value, the item purchased won’t be suitable for refunds and exchanges.

The returned items will first be assessed by the Out Of team. Refund and exchanges will be approved, if it follows the given terms above. Once it’s been approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

All refund transfers will occur within 10 days after receiving the returned item.
