How can I order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Turkey Shipments)


It will take 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on distance.




How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Worldwide Shipments)


It will take 5-10 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on distance.




How can I track my order?


An information mail, with a tracking code, will be sent to your email after your order has been delivered to shipment.




I’ve added the incorrect shipping address; how do I change it?


If you let us know within an hour of your purchase, we can change it for you!




Will my order be held at customs?


OutOf is only responsible for the shipment process from Turkey. Custom duty payments are different in each country, and are the responsibilities of the customers.





Exchange & Returns

Can I exchange or return any products purchased from Out Of?


You have 30 days to exchange or return any clothing items you have purchased. The product must be in its original conditions with the tag attached and make sure you include the invoices and return card found in the packages.




How are refunds handled?


All refunds are transferred within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Is VAT included in the full-price?

What methods of payment are available?


We accept credit and debit card payments made through Visa, MasterCard and American Express.




Can I change the currency on the website?


The curreny on the website is set to TL (Turkish Lira) since purchasing from this website is currently only for customers from Turkey. To make an order to other countries, you can look into our Etsy page:




Why was my credit/debit card declined?


We suggest that you contact your bank first. If you receive another error message, please contact our customer care team.
